• Acknowledgments: $10 per signature
• Jurats (Oath or Affirmation): $10 per signature
• Certified Copy of Non-Recordable Document: $10 per copy
• Administering an Oath or Affirmation (without a signature): $10 per person

Mobile / Travel Fees
Travel Fees (if Beyond 10 Miles)
• 0–10 miles round trip – included in flat rate ($35 value)
• 10–20 miles  – $45 flat
• 20–30 miles – $55 flat
• Over 30 miles – quoted case‑by‑case depending on distance and tolls

Additional Charges (If Applicable)
• After-hours, weekend, or holiday appointments – +$25
• Waiting time beyond 15 minutes – $20 per 15 minutes
• Additional notarizations (beyond included) – $10 each

Durable Power of Attorney (POA)

Health Care Surrogate / Living Will
• $80 flat fee

HIPAA Authorization / Medical Records Release
• $75 flat fee
• Includes one notarization and local travel.

Deed to Fund a Trust (Quitclaim or Warranty Deed)
• $80 flat fee
• Includes one notarization.

Important Disclosures
• I do not provide legal advice or draft documents.
• Witnesses are independent individuals and are paid directly by the client ($35 - $50 each if provided by the notary).

Loan Signing Services Fees
• :$125-$200  (For 1 or 2 signers, includes printing 2 sets docs, travel, collection of all signatures, notarization, drop at FedEx or UPS)
 

Apostille Service Fees 

1. Standard Apostille (Full Service)
Includes notarization (if required), preparation, submission to the Florida Department of State, and return delivery to your address.

• $175 – First Document

• $95 – Each Additional Document

• Processing Time: 5–10 business days (standard mail service)

2. Expedited Apostille Service
For clients who need faster processing or overnight delivery to the State.

• $250 – Rush Service (1 Document)

• +150 – Each Additional Document

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (depending on Department schedule and courier)

All bundled fees include travel, coordination, and notarization. State-regulated notarial acts
are billed at the statutory rate of $10 per signature as allowed under Florida law. Witness coordination, travel, and scheduling are separate convenience services.
