Mobile / Travel Fees
Travel Fees (if Beyond 10 Miles)
• 0–10 miles round trip – included in flat rate ($35 value)
• 10–20 miles – $60 flat
• 20–30 miles – $75 flat
• Over 30 miles – quoted case‑by‑case depending on distance and tolls

Additional Charges (If Applicable)
• After-hours, weekend, or holiday appointments – +$25
• Waiting time beyond 15 minutes – $20 per 15 minutes
• Additional notarizations (beyond included) – $10 each (Florida statutory maximum)

Last Will & Testament (with Self‑Proving Affidavit)
• $85 flat fee
• Includes one notarization and local travel (within 10 miles). 

Revocable Living Trust / Certification of Trust
• $95 flat fee
• Includes up to two notarizations and local travel. 

Durable Power of Attorney (POA)
• $85 flat fee
• Includes one notarization and local travel.

Health Care Surrogate / Living Will
• $80 flat fee
• Includes one notarization and local travel. 

HIPAA Authorization / Medical Records Release
• $75 flat fee
• Includes one notarization and local travel.

Deed to Fund a Trust (Quitclaim or Warranty Deed)
• $95 flat fee
• Includes one notarization.

Estate‑Planning Package (Will + POA + Health Directive)
• $175 flat fee
• Includes up to three notarizations, standard travel, and coordination for required witnesses (paid separately).

Important Disclosures
• I do not provide legal advice or draft documents.
• Witnesses are independent individuals and are paid directly by the client ($25 each if provided by the notary).
• All fees comply with Florida Notary Law (§§117.05, 117.275, 732.502, 732.503, 709.2105, and 765.202).

Apostille Service Fees 

1. Standard Apostille (Full Service)
Includes notarization (if required), preparation, submission to the Florida Department of State, and return delivery to your address.

• Processing Time: 5–10 business days (standard mail service)

2. Expedited Apostille Service
For clients who need faster processing or overnight delivery to the State.

• $175 – Rush Service (1 Document)

• +$50 – Each Additional Document

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (depending on Department schedule and courier)

3. Notarization Only (Before Apostille)
If you already plan to handle the Apostille yourself but need the document notarized:

• $10 per Notarization (Florida standard rate)

• +$35 Travel Fee (within 0–10 miles)
